Since January 2019 SWinG partners have been joining forces to create a movement and an approach to develop the art of opening doors for women.
In 2020, we’ve decided to go full stream with our campaign to help our mentees in their journey towards election.
That’s why we are so excited to launch today a new series of interviews with SWinG role models. With them, we are opening dialogue on diversity in the boardroom.

With this initiative we are bringing our own version of the 2020 call of #GenerationEquality.
With this world tour of leaders in sport we are briniging in inspiring role models who are an inspiration to many & shares 💡tips on good governance in sport. The specificity of the SWinG project is the link its creating with the business world. So it was therefore key for us to include the view of successful business women during our World tour of elected leaders. And of course SWinG is all about opening door for more diversity in sport boards. We strongly believe this can only be achieved if we 🚻 all work hand in hand. This is the basis of one of our #SWinG concept pillar, ie bringing in the game the “Allies”. So YES you will find interviews with men allies.
