Who’s behind the Library?
The current Library has been developed by the SWinG partnership through the leadership of Marion Duc Mouton and Cécile Bernheim from PWN Paris, and under the supervision of the applicant FFSE, the SWinG project leader Carole Ponchon.
How did we identified these leadership development initiatives?
In March 2019, a research protocol was developed including a framework for data collection. Case studies were then collected from April to July 2019. In particular a series of interviews were conducted from May to June 2019. Around thirty stakeholders were interviewed from international companies (fourteen) to European sport associations (thirteen) and business associations (four).
