Adressing the lack of diversity in sport governing bodies

It is a pleasure for the SWinG partnership to be able to introduce you to key elements and learnings from our collaborative project.

Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, the SWinG project -running from January 2019 to December 2021- has been created to facilitate and support emerging/aspiring women sport leaders in achieving a change-making position in sport governing bodies.

It is a pleasure for the SWinG partnership to be able to introduce you to key elements and learnings from our collaborative project.

It is our hope that the following elements could help equip the sector to increase gender diversity in decision-making committees of sport organisations –and in particular Executive Boards.
